Hi Everyone,

In the last weeks, we did received emails and comments from customers that didn't had received any information's in term of order status or progression.

Normally, with all orders, we are sending an email with a scheduled shipping date. (If we agreed on a custom projects or orders, this is not applying)

To be sure you receive our emails and communications, please have a look at your email.
Sometime, our email can be moved to a spam folder.
